Good async communication saves more time than any meeting. We document decisions, share context in writing, and read carefully before responding.
Merchants are the compass.
When in doubt, talk to a merchant. Their frustration is our priority queue. Their success is our benchmark.
Ownership without permission.
If you see something that should be better, fix it. You don't need approval to improve something you own.
