How we got here
The problem was obvious
Indian Shopify merchants were stitching together storefront tools that never quite fit how their customers actually shop. Every workaround involved duct tape, manual campaigns, and sleepless launches.
Our first app ships
We shipped our first Shopify app and onboarded merchants within weeks of launch — which taught us, from the inside, what merchants actually need from an app.
80+ merchants and growing
Word spread in D2C communities. Coffee brands, supplement stores, cosmetics labels — merchants who wanted software that behaved found a team that shipped.
PlayForge, and the platform behind it
We focused the platform on storefront engagement: five games, real single-use Shopify discount codes, a shopper reward wallet, and a live conversion funnel — plus the developer tooling we build on ourselves.
