Everything you should ask a jeweller
Is all your gold jewellery BIS hallmarked?
Yes. Every gold piece carries a BIS hallmark with a six-digit HUID, the purity grade in carats and the assaying centre mark. You can verify the HUID yourself on the BIS Care app before you pay.
How are making charges calculated?
Making charges are shown as a clear percentage of the gold value on every tag and invoice — typically 8–14% for machine-finished pieces and 16–24% for hand-crafted temple and antique work. Nothing is hidden inside the metal rate.
What is your exchange and buy-back policy?
Hallmarked gold bought from us is exchanged at 100% of the prevailing gold value with no deduction, against any new purchase. Direct buy-back is settled at the prevailing rate less 3% refining. Certified diamonds are exchanged at full invoice value against an upgrade.
Are the diamonds certified?
Every diamond above 0.18 carat comes with an IGI or GIA certificate stating carat, cut, colour and clarity. The certificate number is laser-inscribed on the girdle and printed on your invoice.
Can I book a private viewing?
Yes — a one-hour appointment in our first-floor salon with a dedicated consultant, outside normal counter hours. Ideal for bridal sets and high-value solitaires. No obligation, no charge.
Do you make custom jewellery?
Yes. Bring a sketch, a photograph or an old family piece. We produce a CAD render and a wax model for your approval before casting. Custom commissions take 18 to 30 days depending on stone sourcing.
Do you offer EMI and gold savings schemes?
Yes. No-cost EMI is available on major credit cards for 3, 6 and 9 months. Our monthly savings plan lets you deposit a fixed amount for 11 months, with the 12th instalment contributed by us against the final purchase.
